To ensure comprehensive support, we cater to the main aspects of the EU Digital Services Act, engage with transparency over all the platforms, user safety, and are accountable for tackling the shared data. 

Designed point of contact

Following Article 11 of the Digital Services Act, the Azerbaijan Evisa has implemented a point of contact for interaction with: -

  • Authorities of EU Member States 

  • The European Commission

  • The European Board for Digital Services

  • Users of our platform 

Language of communication

The official language is English. If any message is received in any of the other languages, we will make efforts at the best level to respond in that language. However, English will always be considered to be the primary language for DSA. 

Reporting Illegal Contact

Under Article 16 of the DSA, the platform users, trusted flaggers, and the government authorities can do reporting of information that is considered to be unlawful. 

To submit a report: 

  1. Visit our Contact Form. 

  1. Select the subject “Flagging Unsuitable Content.” 

  1. Provide the following details: 

  • The URL of the content in question 

  • A description and reason for the report (e.g., false, harmful, illegal, or outdated content) 

  • Any supporting evidence to substantiate your claim 

Note:

You may submit your report anonymously. However, if you provide an email address, we will: 

  • Acknowledge receipt of the report 

  • Communicate the outcome, unless prohibited by law 

  • Incomplete or unclear reports may not be processed. 

Transparency Reporting

To fulfill all our responsibilities that come under the DSA, the Azerbaijan Evisa will publish an annual transparency report, and it will include the following things: -

  1. The total number and types of content removed or moderated.

  2. The reasons for content removal 

  3. The number of requests from public authorities or users 

  4. The actions taken in response to such requests 

This report will reflect our commitment to responsible content moderation and transparency.
